The wedding offering presents a practical, low-cost, intimate and economic alternative to the traditional type wedding as it caters for guests of 30-people and negates the need for a the alternative of a larger type wedding or a Home Affairs type occasion. It is the ideal option for the modern couple who wants a no-fuss, court-wedding, but still wish to share the special moment with their closest friends and family i.e. an intimate wedding without the trappings of convention and financial burden. This option provides all the "must- haves' that will make a couples special day an occasion to remember and this includes photos, music, cake, food and meaningful moments shared in a stylish, exclusive environment. Clients can elect to get married in a beautiful chapel with up to 20 guests for half the venue rental fee or rent the entire venue which hosts up to 30 guests on the premises of an existing Guesthouse. All services are outsourced including the marital officer/legal contracts, photographer, DJ, and catering needs thus; this only requires a coordinative role by the owner of the business. The upmarket Guesthouse comprises 6-self-contained, luxury suites one of which is reserved as a bridal suite. The remaining five have long-term guests in residence generating a steady income with minimal maintenance. As a stand-alone, the Wedding Services business generates monthly profits of +/- R14 500.00 and the option exists to purchase the business but relocate it to a new location. The remaining five have long-term guests in residence generating a steady income with minimal maintenance. As a stand-alone, this Guesthouse generates monthly profits of +/- R29 000. There is an option to either buy both the wedding service and the Guesthouse business while renting the premises alternatively; to purchase the wedding service business and relocate it to a location of ones choosing. Should the former apply, cognisance of rental would be needed and this would be set at R35 000 per month for the Guesthouse and Wedding functions venue. The collective income is upwards of R60k per month with commensurate profits of +/- R43.5k. All financial information is subject to verification by prospective Purchasers. All assets are unencumbered and in excellent working condition. As can be expected, the composite make-up of the assets includes everything one could possibly need to conduct a business of this nature. Assets are reckoned to be worth +/- R220k at current, second-hand replacement prices. A detailed asset register for both the wedding venue and the Guesthouse will be made available to serious Purchasers. The premises constitute a residential property in Randburg with commercial rights. The Seller wishes to retain the premises thus; a lease would need to be negotiated however and as aforementioned, the wedding services offering can be acquired as a standalone and relocated to premises of the Purchasers choosing.
